The BIC downpipe after 2 years

These are pictures of what my BIC downpipe looks like today. My Supra is kept in a garage and driven rarely. I have put less than 8000 miles on it wince I bought the car. While the car is clean and runs great there are some issues. I put this pipe on for the horsepower gain and to eliminate the pre-cat. One thing from day one that worried me is that the turbo to downpipe seal has looked very odd. I put a feeler guage in there and it seems to be sealed but there is a noticeable gap. I had a blast getting the stock pipe out and never want to do that again. My Tanabe and Titan Cat look brand new... This is what the bic looks like:
